Administrative Coordinator Job Opportunity

2847464 ONTARIO INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Take minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Supervise occupational classification and rating processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule appointments and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Collect and compile data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Organize staff consultation and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
