Role Summary
What is the opportunity?
As a vital member of the Access Control Group, your primary responsibility will be to oversee, evaluate, and report on incidents related to Data Loss and Restricted Web Access Exceptions (RWA). You will also play a key role in Logical Access Management, ensuring adherence to Logical Access Security Standards (LASS) through regular application access reviews. Collaborating with Data Owners, Stewards, and Application Custodians, you will facilitate timely and precise access evaluations in line with LASS policy and ISAE3402 audit control standards. Additionally, you will support initiatives aimed at enhancing the scalability and governance of access management processes, providing improved reporting to senior risk stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather essential information for accurate assessment of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents and to determine appropriate actions.
- Analyze, manage, and report on Restricted Web Access Exceptions while supporting related projects and activities.
- Assist in the identity access management process, including periodic attestation campaigns, ensuring complete and timely execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management reports and processes to mitigate risks across various business lines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, internal and external audit controls, and LASS requirements within the team.
- Communicate and implement necessary changes stemming from updates to policies and standards.
- Support the resolution of issues and actions related to any risk, audit, or compliance findings, as well as operational events concerning application user access rights and profiles.
- Evaluate the impacts of organizational changes on personnel, processes, and systems, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualifications for Success
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in Enterprise Identity Access Management and/or Risk domains.
- Ability to think conceptually with a structured approach to identifying and resolving problems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting results and recommendations to senior management effectively.
- Proficient in planning, conducting, and following up on stakeholder interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT Standards, Methodologies, and audit requirements.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, Visio, and Tableau.
- Experience in change management or project management.
- Preferred: Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA.
