Cost Controller

EBC Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the cost control cycle throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and schedules within the project management system.
- Calculate initial budgets based on proposals.
- Track hours, expenses, costs, and budget updates.
- Monitor changes and coordinate with the project team.
- Evaluate change requests and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Ensure project progress monitoring with discipline managers, including cost and schedule controls.
- Provide regular updates on project forecasts and necessary provisions and risks.
- Resolve issues related to project budgets and schedules.
Requirements:
- Administration, finance, or engineering degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bilingualism is an asset, but proficiency in English with excellent communication skills is required.
- Strong personal IT skills and relevant software skills specific to project controls.
