About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron On the Run, Peace River. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our gas station, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, initiative, and judgment.
