Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron On the Run, Peace River. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and ordered as needed.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Air-conditioned store environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
