About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron On the Run, Peace River. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our gas station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
    • Manage and train staff to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Merchandise Management
    • Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
    • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and oversee payroll administration.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.
    • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including fuel, food, and other merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment
    • Air-conditioned store environment.
    • Standing for extended periods.
