About the Role
Vosyn is on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous Support Specialist to enhance our team. This position is perfect for individuals who are either pursuing or have recently attained their bachelor's degree and are eager to broaden their professional horizons in a nurturing and flexible work atmosphere. As a Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functionality of our internal systems by overseeing access to drives, folders, and portals, while also maintaining an updated record of employee transitions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to drives and ensure prompt revocation of access for employees who are departing.
- Oversee and facilitate access to various organizational folders and portals.
- Keep an accurate and current record of employees joining or leaving the organization, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues through video call support.
- Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of technical support processes and documentation.
- Monitor Notion pages across different departments.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously and take initiative on tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in database management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Notion is preferred.
