Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling postal products and services to customers
  • Sorting, distributing, and managing mail efficiently
  • Providing necessary information and forms to clients
  • Addressing delivery and service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service environments
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Physical capability to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods
  • Availability for on-call temporary assignments

Post Offices: Various locations in Quebec
