Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash, and make change as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
