Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Representative position at Republic Services entails driving profitable revenue growth within a designated territory. This role emphasizes nurturing relationships with a variety of clients and ensuring the successful execution of customer strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities encompass both acquiring new clients and retaining existing accounts, identifying avenues for revenue growth, and utilizing the complete range of the company's environmental offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline
- Increase revenue from current accounts
- Foster revenue relationships and improve customer satisfaction
- Leverage CRM tools for daily operations and client acquisition

- Advocate for the company's services and solutions
- Complete necessary documentation and reports promptly

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in generating new business within the Environmental sector
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Qualifications:
- Equivalent education and relevant industry experience
- Experience in direct sales in a customer-facing capacity
- Valid Driver's License
