About the Role:
The Territory Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and expanding our customer base in the environmental solutions industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a successful sales funnel by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the environmental solutions market.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings with existing clients.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our company's services, lines of business, and pricing structures to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Utilize CRM daily to schedule and document all activities, and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the environmental field.
- Strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- An equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant waste or industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and possess both the desire and the ability to meet with clients and attend appropriate industry expos, conferences, and networking events as needed.
