Job Overview
As a Marketing Project Specialist at Dexterra Group, you will be essential in orchestrating and overseeing marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of campaigns, promotions, events, and activations. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance our food services across educational institutions, catering, and retail sectors. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Manage the comprehensive execution of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely completion.
• Campaign Management: Implement and coordinate marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events and activations that resonate with our target demographic and boost brand recognition.
• Promotional Strategy: Support the development and coordination of promotional activities aimed at increasing engagement and sales within our food service offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including design, social media, and sales teams, to ensure unified and effective marketing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of all initiatives.
• Market Insights: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions, contributing to the formulation of innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strong project management and event coordination skills. Proficiency in marketing research and report generation. Experience in managing marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution. Ability to support events or new project launches with on-site presence. Skills in capturing attention for initiatives and effectively communicating them. Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about food and customer experience. Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms (experience with Meta Business is a plus). Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong understanding of brand positioning and management. Experience in food services or hospitality is advantageous. Proficient in Excel and Canva. Understanding of social media analytics and metrics.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in event planning and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools like Canva. Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics. Experience in the food services industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.-
