Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, promotions, events, and activations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and execute events and activations that engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Promotion Development: Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional activities to drive engagement and sales across our food service offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, social media specialists, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of all marketing activities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like Canva.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
- Experience in the food services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
