About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, promotions, events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and execute events and activations that engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Promotion Development: Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional activities to drive engagement and sales across our food service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, social media specialists, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of all marketing activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in event planning and execution, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like Canva, knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, curious and passionate about food and the customer experience, strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook platforms, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
