About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our content and influence marketing campaigns as a Project Manager, Content and Influence. As a key member of our team at Made in, you will be responsible for deploying mandates to deliver exceptional marketing results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
  • Create and share campaign deliverables, including dashboards, timelines, reports, and analysis, to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find creative solutions and ensure budget tracking.
  • Present campaign reports to specialists and stakeholders.
Team Leadership
  • Assemble and lead a team of specialists to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Guide team members at each stage of the project.
  • Participate in influencer selection and negotiation.
  • Recruit and contract content creators and/or Made in talent.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality content production.
  • Oversee quality assurance and media recommendations.
  • Launch and optimize media amplification campaigns.
  • Supervise project coordinators and ensure effective use of technological platforms and tools.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience an asset.
  • Experience in media campaign management is an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on excellence.
  • Strong customer service skills and proven negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for content creation, social platforms, and learning.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
