Position Overview

The Assistant Hotel Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage various aspects of hotel management while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role

Financial Responsibility

Budgetary oversight of up to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and hiring of staff
  • Supervision and performance evaluation of team members
  • Client negotiations for facility usage
  • Overseeing maintenance operations
  • Implementation of policies and procedures
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Assisting guests with special requirements
  • Establishing work schedules for staff
Team Management

Supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
