About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our hotel and banquet room, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning Operations: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Coordination: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, ensuring that our hotel and banquet room meet the expectations of our guests.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
