Job Title: Aboriginal Outreach WorkerJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aboriginal Outreach Worker to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with Indigenous communities and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Provide information and support to Indigenous individuals and families
  • Assist with the development and implementation of programs and services for Indigenous communities
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to promote Indigenous well-being
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
