Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Bosch Rexroth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Hägglunds Drive technologies, products, and services to new and existing customers in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hägglunds Drive components, technical areas, and service offerings.
  • Seek and analyze local market intelligence to identify sales and profit opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Effectively sell company products and services through planned customer contact and field visits.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, converting them into sales and sustainable business.
  • Propose technical system solutions to customers as required.
  • Negotiate contracts and review commercial terms and conditions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and specifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data within our CRM system.
  • Produce monthly reports to support department controls and performance improvements.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineer/Technologist or graduate of a Certified Fluid Power/Robotics program (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in promoting Hydraulic Drive Systems products to industrial accounts.
  • Inventory planning experience in industrial products.
  • Strong technical background and aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including project management.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
