About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to lead our financial analysis and reporting efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting, and will be able to work effectively with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update monthly financial package for reporting to stakeholders
  • Spearhead preparation of annual management reports for partners' compensation
  • Maintain financial reporting datasets, creating new queries (using SQL) where necessary
  • Build, monitor, and report on client budgets and fee arrangements
  • Support fixed pricing initiatives by analyzing historical data and file staffing structures
  • Assist with the preparation of the firm's annual operating budget
  • Complete year-end duties, including liaising with external auditors
  • Manage collections and cash reporting
  • Provide support in the implementation of new practice management software
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analysis Manager who has a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • CPA designation preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in advanced financial analysis, planning, and/or budgeting
  • Exceptional ability to work with financial reporting and visualization tools
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and SQL
