Position Overview

As a Culinary Support Staff member at Kalai's Dosa Hut Inc, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our food preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Cleaning Supplies Management: Properly handle and store cleaning agents.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen waste and refuse.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as needed.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
