Join Our Team as a Staff Social Cook 1

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Staff Social Cook 1 to join our culinary team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees, to a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Order and manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, working with our culinary team to create new and exciting dishes for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills, including knife work, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Food Safety Certification and a neat, well-groomed appearance, as per hotel standards.
