Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Kananaskis Region. As a key front-line role, you will work closely with a diverse team to provide operations support and ensure the safe and efficient operation of Parks infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain asset documentation and preventative maintenance procedures for the Kananaskis Region, in conjunction with provincial guidance and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) standards.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of Parks infrastructure, including building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage service contracts to ensure effective and efficient service delivery, adhering to all contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure regulatory maintenance is performed and documented, with adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines.
About the Role

This is a key front-line role that will work with a diverse team to provide operations support within the Kananaskis Region. As the Kananaskis West Area Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining asset documentation and preventative maintenance procedures, overseeing maintenance and repair of Parks infrastructure, managing service contracts, and ensuring regulatory maintenance is performed and documented.
