Job Summary
Agnico Eagle is seeking a highly skilled Process Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our process plant. As a key member of our Process Plant Department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment meets safety standards, and promoting Agnico Eagle's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide expertise for mechanical maintenance activities related to all areas of the process plant.
- Provide safety leadership, develop and implement standards and procedures that meet all statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members in best practices to ensure asset reliability and optimize uptime.
- Assist with planning and sequencing weekly maintenance schedules to ensure all activities are prioritized and executed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of mechanical maintenance operating cost forecasts, budgets, and monthly maintenance reports.
Requirements
- College Technical Diploma, a Millwright Certification, or equivalent.
- Interprovincial Red Seal certification is considered an asset.
- 5 to 10 years' of experience in a mining process plant.
- Experience working with SAP or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is considered an asset.
- Experience in mineral processing, specifically with crushers, SAG, and ball mill circuits.
- Maintenance planning experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
