Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Kananaskis Region. As a key front-line role, you will work closely with a diverse team to provide operations support and maintain infrastructure in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain asset documentation and preventative maintenance procedures for the Kananaskis Region, in conjunction with provincial guidance and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Maintain and oversee Parks infrastructure, performing analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and contractor coordination as required, for assets such as building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
  • Manage assigned service contracts to ensure effective and efficient service delivery, adhering to all contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure regulatory maintenance is performed and documented, adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines.

Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will possess a strong background in maintenance operations, with experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
