Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing and maintaining positive resident relations, showcasing our properties to prospective residents, and achieving high occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Market and lease properties to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
- Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates.
- Conduct viewings of properties and suites with prospective residents, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties.
- Negotiate leases to achieve optimum value and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inspect upcoming suite availabilities prior to showing to potential residents, ensuring that our properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Build strong community awareness through B2B sales calls, promoting our properties and services to local businesses and organizations.
- Inform the Community Manager of any deficiencies or problems noted in the building or on the property that require attention.
- Conduct monthly market surveys and provide the information to Head Office, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
