Rizing, an SAP Gold Partner, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Principal Techno-Functional Consultant to partner with clients across various industries in the North American region. This role involves leading or assisting in all aspects of an end-to-end SAP software implementation, focusing on the S/4 EAM solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and collaborative team environments with internal colleagues and client business/IT staff.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Complete project planning and scoping activities, including projecting costs and deliverables, resource planning and utilization, charge management, and user support.
  • Supervise test development, complete test designs, and conduct system testing to ensure effective test execution strategy for the project.
  • Identify and resolve issues stemming from configuration and identified through testing.
  • Develop training materials, identify delivery strategy, and facilitate training for end users to ensure client satisfaction and successful end-user adoption.
  • Direct final system set up and cut over, resolving any outstanding exception items or issues.
  • Work with Developers, Business Development, Professional Services Management, and other Rizing resources to provide pre-sales assistance and accurate Statement of Work preparation.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to other consultants and client contacts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-10 years SAP PM/EAM implementation experience, comprising at least 3 years configuration experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in technical training development.
  • SAP Certification.
