Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a resource person for tenants, addressing their concerns and managing their complaints
  • Manage all management service contracts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant
  • Negotiate and prepare leases, ensuring that they are fair and beneficial to both parties
  • Develop the company's business through networking, active research, and business development initiatives
  • Manage incidents, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and in accordance with protocols and owner standards
  • Participate in meetings with owners, including management meetings for major asset maintenance work or large-scale tenant improvements
  • Provide consulting services on projects, investment planning, and budgeting for building operations
  • Evaluate the performance of various contractors and suppliers, identifying areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Completed studies in a related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and HOPEM
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Flexibility with customers
