About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vannam Gas Bar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate our cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gas bar and surrounding areas
  • Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • Conduct sales transactions through our electronic commerce system
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and perform cashiering duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
