About Vannam Gas Bar

We are a dynamic and fast-paced gas bar looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and supervising staff. If you have a positive attitude, time management skills, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Perform cashiering duties and handle customer transactions
Work Environment

Our gas bar is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Positive attitude, time management skills, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
