Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries, providing information and assistance to clients concerning ministry programs, Acts, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Issue receipts, permits, and licenses for ministry programs in forestry, fisheries, wildlife, environmental protection, sustainable lands, and map sales.
- Process accounts payable/revenue and purchasing documents, as well as provide assistance with basic budget processing, analysis, and forecasting.
- Provide assistance with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, providing advice and assistance on ministry processes and policies.
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures, accounting/financial principles and procedures, and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
- Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to calmly and courteously acknowledge the concerns of clients who may be hostile, angry, confused, or frustrated.
- Completion of an Office Administration certificate combined with several years of office administration experience.
