As a Customer Service Representative at Alimentation Inov inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing essential support in our retail environment.
Education Requirements- No formal education required, but a secondary school education is preferred.
This position is based in a retail establishment where you will interact with customers and assist them with their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed explanations of services and pricing.
- Process transactions and issue receipts.
- Handle customer payments efficiently.
- Assist in selling merchandise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
We value candidates with a background in customer service and retail.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and manage heavy items.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
Candidate Screening- Availability for the proposed start date.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
