Warehouse Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager Assistant to join our team at Kwong Fung Food Processing Factory Ltd. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a dedicated individual to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing food products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments to ensure timely distribution to customers.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and used safely.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in training, supervising warehouse staff, and providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in developing and improving warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Prepare warehouse management reports for the Warehouse Manager.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
  • At least a college diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
