We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Representative to join our team at Progressive Home Warranty Ltd. As a Claims Representative, you will play a critical role in handling claims related to home warranties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of claims, working closely with consumers, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved, providing clear and concise information about claim status and resolution.
- Review and interpret warranty policies, making informed decisions about claim eligibility and coverage.
- Collaborate with other claims staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims handling.
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00.
