Job Summary

The Bilingual Coordinator, Region Office Operations is a key member of the IG Wealth Management team, providing exceptional client service and administrative support to internal and external clients. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception services, including greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Support clients with queries on key business transactions and general administration
  • Assist with mail and courier receipt, preparation, and distribution
  • Arrange meetings, set up technology, and maintain office equipment
  • Offer direction and support to the Consultant network and their teams on policies, procedures, and available resources
  • Onboard new members to the office, assist with system training, and provide escalation support
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the Manager, Region Office Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
  • Proficiency in PC capabilities, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to communicate in English and French
