Key Responsibilities:
Contributes to achieving sustainable growth by fulfilling the objectives outlined in the strategic business plans. Actively seeks and secures new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships within a designated territory. Manages client relationships and maintains effective communication with operational teams and corporate offices regarding ongoing activities and progress. Identifies innovative opportunities by analyzing industry trends, relevant events, publications, and key announcements; monitors individual contributors and their achievements. Evaluates potential business opportunities by assessing market strategies, deal requirements, potential outcomes, and financial implications; prioritizes internal objectives; recommends investment opportunities. Engages in marketing and sales initiatives aimed at fostering the growth and development of Brock Group's business across the region. Finalizes new business agreements by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and aligning contract specifications with business operations. Essential Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education (diploma or degree) is preferred. Relevant industry experience is a significant asset. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the scaffold, insulation, and fireproofing sectors, along with its competitive landscape. Demonstrated experience in a sales-oriented role, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and a passion for sales while embracing diverse perspectives and maintaining clear and concise communication. Highly developed organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities, performing various tasks, and adhering to deadlines. In-depth knowledge of the regional market, clientele, and competitive dynamics.
