Accounting Inventory Analyst

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inventory Analyst to support a prominent manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing inventory processes, evaluating data, enforcing internal controls, and working collaboratively across departments to enhance inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage physical stock evaluations, ensure the precision of inventory documentation, and implement necessary modifications.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Examine inventory metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and conduct stock and cost forecasting.
  • Internal Control Implementation: Develop and uphold internal control protocols, perform routine audits.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with purchasing, production, and logistics teams, liaise with suppliers and clients.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and execute enhancements to inventory management systems, engage in new software deployment initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in analyzing extensive data sets and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
  • Understanding of accounting principles: experience in inventory accounting and financial oversight, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills: bilingual, capable of conveying complex information clearly, strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical expertise: adept in inventory management software and ERP systems, advanced proficiency in Excel and other office applications.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree or CPA certification is required.
