Inventory Control Analyst

Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Inventory Control Analyst to support a prominent manufacturing firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory processes, performing data analysis, enforcing internal controls, and working collaboratively across various departments to enhance inventory efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Oversight: Conduct physical stock assessments, verify the precision of inventory documentation, and implement necessary corrections.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate inventory metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and project stock levels along with cost evaluations.
  • Internal Control Measures: Develop and uphold internal control protocols, and carry out routine audits.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams, and maintain communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and execute enhancements to inventory management systems, and engage in the rollout of new software initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in analyzing extensive data sets and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and applications.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, with experience in inventory accounting and financial oversight, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities: bilingual proficiency, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency: adept in inventory management software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Excel and other office applications.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree or CPA certification is required.
