Key Holder - Retail Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at the Kanata Outlet location. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
  • Go the extra mile to drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Actively seek out customers in store and provide personalized service
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross-sell products and handle returns of merchandise
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and comply with inventory control procedures
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our products and support with cash handling and inventory duties
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures and solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus and ability to perform under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible shifts and high school diploma
  • A passion for chocolate and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
