Meeting Room Concierge

As a Meeting Room Concierge at WBM Technologies, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meeting room services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of meeting spaces by proactively monitoring and maintaining system performance through the Microsoft Teams Room Managed Services Portal. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with system updates, and providing outstanding customer support during critical meetings and presentations.

This position may involve dedicating your efforts to a single client while also providing rotating assistance to multiple smaller clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all managed meeting room services.

You will collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, deskside support teams, fellow Concierges, and high-level client personnel to guarantee a smooth and efficient meeting room experience. Your direct report will be to the Meeting Room Services Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB):

  • Customer Service – Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer service scenarios with high expectations and prompt resolutions.
  • Analytical Skills – Capable of gathering, understanding, and applying knowledge acquired from experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY, BUT NICE TO HAVE):

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a cohesive team environment.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a tier II deskside support role.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Experience and comfort in providing support at the executive level.
  • Familiarity with audiovisual systems and technologies.
