Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.
    • Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing a positive dining experience.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure financial stability.
    • Monitor and control costs to maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
    • Work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is English. This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment and a focus on customer satisfaction.
