Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 1456339 B.C. LTD. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
    • Take customers' orders and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the dining area.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
