About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team at Push Operations. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct multiple training sessions with up to 5 different clients daily, providing exceptional service experience and value to each client.
  • Investigate and/or escalate customers' technical issues and ensure their resolution.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Data Migration Specialists, Sales, Support, and the Payments team to ensure a seamless client launch experience.
  • Work closely with Product to provide customer feedback and help build a high-impact product for our customers.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of customer onboarding/implementation experience at a tech company.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to translate difficult technical concepts into simple, digestible language.
  • Fluency in the English language.
