Job Title: Software Solution Architecture Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solution Architecture Advisor to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our system and architectural standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the use of new design approaches, security, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in the development of our IT processes and ensure compliance with enterprise frameworks.
  • Ensure that we meet our legal and regulatory obligations and suggest improvements.
  • Provide governance leadership for solution reviews and propose, review, and approve architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and facilitate schedule, scope, and budget management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, information systems, computer or software engineering, mathematics, or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 12 years of experience in information technology and a minimum of 3 years as an architecture professional in various projects and large organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external resources.
  • Ability to handle multiple dimensions of a complex project simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in innovative technologies.

Compensation:

The typical hiring range for this position is from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with an annual bonus. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
