Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investment/Associate Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry and a strong understanding of investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with key principals in the practice to foster and support client relationships
  • Prepare and present financial reports, client correspondence, and project work
  • Process and follow up on security transactions and transfers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and respond to requests for information
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic wealth management plans for clients using NaviPlan software
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment industry
  • Strong understanding of investment products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner
  • IR Licensed or successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook is an asset
