Receptionist - Customer Service Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.
- Communicate and educate customers on our salon processes, including online check-in and wait time monitoring.
- Process transactions and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop a general knowledge of our retail products and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inform customers about our services and promotions, ensuring they are aware of all options available to them.
- Update customer records with contact information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation, supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commit to working a flexible schedule, including peak times, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Dedicate yourself to providing great customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
