We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at LP Custom Machining Ltd.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, answer telephone calls, and relay messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
- Technology: Operate database software, electronic mail, and other computer systems to support office operations.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work 85 hours bi-weekly.
