  • Hourly pay: $16.05 to $19.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
Qualifications (Requirements):
  • A strong desire to be part of a world-class team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Capability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
  • A desire for continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Dedicate yourself to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Keep a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles when necessary.
