Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality restoration services to our customers, ensuring their properties are restored to their pre-loss condition.
Key Responsibilities- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
- Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
