About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team at Paul Davis of Thunder Bay, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Clean criminal background check and ability to pass a drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Desire to continually learn and grow with the company.
